Our clients were very happy with our work on their condo in Sherman Oaks, featured here. Notice the tile work and custom built closets in each space, along with the recessed shelving in the living room where a gas fireplace and outdated wet bar used to be. The interlocking deck flooring from Ikea we installed on the balcony was a nice touch, for a little price. The property sold well over asking soon after we finished, more than exceeding our client's expectations!

Neighbors in Reseda were particularly happy we transformed this derelict house and property on their historic street. This was a 'total gut' as we say in the business, where every surface, floor to ceiling and everything in between is torn out and rebuilt. Notice the custom kitchen island, beautifully refinished hardwood floors, custom tile work and creative use of space. This property, too, sold for well over asking within days of being listed!

It was no small task to transform this historic, four-story house in the old Italian district of Toronto into three, luxury rental units. This was another 'total gut' remodel, from floor to ceiling, including a finished basement. Notice the custom woodwork throughout, the shed and extensive backyard fencing, along with our creative use of space. Not an inch was wasted in this lovingly crafted, creative renovation, which is still a high-end income earner for the clients - 12 years on!

Historic Cottage and Workshop in Maine

One of the most rewarding experiences for Todd and the team was transforming this badly neglected, 1960's camp house, which had been abandoned for years, into a 5-star, luxury cottage rental on Bowley Brook in Northern Maine. The list of jobs was long to get it where it is today, beginning with the removal of snakes along with an infestation of mice, and ending with the installation of the last piece of custom pine trim three years later.
