"One of the best decisions I've made in my entire life was hiring Todd Witham to oversee the renovation of our newly-purchased home. Todd contributed excellent ideas to the redesign of the house, and executed the design largely by himself, while hiring additional labor as needed over a three-week period. Along with demolition and rebuilding, Todd also installed flooring, contributed to plumbing, and worked cooperatively with other specialized contractors we'd hired. When our painters got behind on their work, Todd painted most of our main floor by himself, to a high standard and at twice the speed of the firm we'd hired. At the end of the job I had to force him to take more money than he billed me.

"WOW! Finding a qualified contractor that we felt comfortable working with was harder then we thought it would be! We asked our plumber if he had any recommendations about getting a bathroom remodel contractor. His response was “if I was to remodel my bathroom I’d have Todd give me an estimate”. So we did! Todd showed up on time for the initial meeting, looked at the job, asked us what we were thinking, took a bunch of notes and said he would give us a written estimate within a week. A week passed and Todd came over to the house with the estimate. It looked reasonable and I liked Todd. He answered all the questions that I asked regarding the content of his estimate to my satisfaction. I felt he was the contractor to get the job!
What happened after that:
- Todds team showed up when they said they would
- the work site was neat and clean at the end of the day
- we made some changes during the remodel and Todd worked with us
- Todd went above and beyond to help to acquire hard to get supplies for the job
- Todd brought in qualified trades people who also showed up when they said they would
- During the job Todd provided the costs accumulated up to date every two weeks
- At completion Todd provided a spreadsheet showing a complete breakdown of cost
